The EIRIS Foundation Charity Project
This ongoing project encourages and assists charities and their trustees in the development of an ethical and socially responsible approach to their investments. The project provides free education, research and other resources. For full details see: www.charitysri.org
Investing for Change
To support the infrastructure needed to provide appropriate ethical financial services to all, the EIRIS Foundation has developed and launched the UK's first consumer website on ethical finance – www.yourethicalmoney.org. The Foundation is working to ensure this becomes the definitive one-stop-shop for anyone wanting to understand more about ethical finance and how to incorporate ethical considerations within their financial planning. This project is part funded by the Friends Provident Foundation.
Pioneering responsible investment research
The EIRIS Foundation has produced a number of responsible investment briefing papers and continues to undertake new research that is not yet commercially viable. Current areas include emerging markets, corporate HIV/AIDS policies and health and safety research. Visit the publication section for a list of Foundation-funded research papers.
