Growing demand for ethical advice
In 2007 UK ethical investment reached a record £9 billion high. New green and ethical funds are being launched at an unprecedented rate. In recent research, around 75% of consumers said that they would be more likely to consider buying ethical financial products in the future.
Government initiatives designed to raise levels of financial literacy and encourage more of us to take responsibility for our finances may also encourage more people to think about how and where our money is invested.
More and more advisers are responding to client demand and offering ethical investment advice to their clients. If others are doing it - can you afford not to?
